Note: Coached organizing is not for everyone.  How will you know if it's right for you?

    It's not a good fit if:

  • Your project deadline is immediate such as a pending move

  • You just want the work done for you

  • You're not looking to set aside time or dedicate resources for skill-building and sustained relief

    It's right for you if:

  • You don't know what to do or where to start because it all feels too big

  • You need someone by your side to discover and implement pathways forward

  • You're overwhelmed, frustrated, and stressed out by messes and the same old patterns

Please note that the majority of my clients have been diagnosed with or suspect adult ADHD or other brain-based challenges. Diagnoses are not required. Feel free to share as much as you feel comfortable within this confidential, supportive context.

Project Packages

  • Private On-Line Organizing Success Coaching
      • You define what you wish to achieve.  Together we figure out how to make it happen.  We proceed in a judgment-free way that feels, looks, sounds appropriate for you.

      1-hour highly focused Zoom sessions.  Show and tell me only what you’re ready to reveal.  You select areas of your home or lifestyle to work on.  Move at your unique pace.

      Session options (6-Session Minimum)

    • 6 Sessions--Start with the minimum package to dip your toes in. Dive into a small area or two. Add-on pkg sessions as needed. Multiple packages are not uncommon so please don't get discouraged if results aren't immediate. The more complex the situation, the longer it could take.

    • 9-12 Sessions--Ideal for more indepth projects and sustained skill-building.

    • 3 sessions per month are recommended for any package to ensure greater consistency and more rapid progress.
